Terms of Service — Gen AI for Managers

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Gen AI for Managers (the "Service"), operated by Gen AI for Managers ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. 4. Subscriptions, Payments & Billing

We offer paid access plans including annual subscriptions and lifetime access licenses. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By purchasing a plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees as described at the time of purchase.

Annual Access: Billed annually and automatically renews unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time through your account settings; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Lifetime Access: A one-time payment granting perpetual access to all current and future course content for as long as the Service operates.

Prices are subject to change. Any price changes will not affect existing active subscriptions or lifetime licenses until the next renewal (for annual plans).

5. Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. Refund requests after 14 days will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund, contact us at the email address listed below.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Share your account credentials with others or allow multiple people to use a single account.
Reproduce, redistribute, resell, or publicly share course content, prompt templates, or any other materials from the Service.
Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access or download content.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service — including but not limited to course materials, text, graphics, logos, prompt templates, frameworks, audio recordings, and software — is the property of Gen AI for Managers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the content for your own professional development. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the content for commercial purposes.

8. User-Generated Content

If you submit any content through the Service (e.g., comments, feedback), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with the Service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service and all content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
The content will produce any specific business results or outcomes.
AI tools or techniques discussed in the course will remain accurate or applicable as AI technology evolves.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gen AI for Managers, its owners, operators, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service — regardless of the theory of liability.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification
